Boston currently has 1,125 vehicles in its fleet, not including police, fire, and school vehicles. If we can reduce that number by just 100 cars using a “Fleet Sharing” program, we would save the City $1 million per year. By allowing City departments to share vehicles, we can reduce cars, cost, and carbon.
